My day-job includes human resource management and I have 3 beautiful young people in my life, as well as my husband Rod.
I have been involved with Life FM for a number of years and in a number of volunteer roles.
My favourite thing to do is seek out the messages of God and I like to bring some small gems of these truths to my show each week.
I believe in the power of the message of Life FM and am privileged to be a part of the journey.

I have lived all my life in Bendigo, have been a member of the Baptist Church for many years. My connection with CVGR goes back to its very beginnings in the 1980s when we broadcast from Mt. Alexander. Over the years I have served on the Management Committee, helped with working bees and done programming. And more recently have been doing a program each Sunday afternoon.
I believe that radio has the unique opportunity to reach into every home in this city. I am prepared to serve on the committee in support of our President and General Manager.
We are entering a new phase of our ministry with new premises of our very own. I feel my greatest contribution will be to help with the establishment of the new building and its ongoing maintenance.
My prayer and desire is to see people’s lives being changed and renewed through the impact of the Gospel, which we continue to bring to the citizens of the City, through Life FM.

Hi my name is Jonathan Phillips. I’m 41 years old and live in Maiden Gully. I have had a long interest in Central Victorian Gospel Radio as far back as the caravans on the mountain having answered phones and co-presented with Ian Nicholas a couple of times and of course listened over the life of the station.
My brief bio: I was raised in a Christian family and came to accept Jesus as my own Saviour at the ripe old age of 4. I was baptised at about 12 yrs of age and have attended Baptist Churches most of my life. As a family we have attended Kangaroo Flat Baptist Church for the past 9 years and was on staff there as Associate Pastor for the past 2 years. I have recently finished my role there and we are currently on a pilgrimage around several different churches in Bendigo just to see what God is doing.
Having moved around the country a bit with my work as a Paramedic I have enjoyed Christian Radio Stations in various locations and saw a real need for a positive and relevant Christian Station in Bendigo. I was delighted when LifeFM came on the radio full time. My family has the radio locked on 105.1 in the car and love the music and presenters – some whom they personally know.
I would love to be involved in a deeper way and now having a bit more time having finished up at KFBC can see that this would be something positive to engage in moving forward. Radio is such a great medium both locally and globally reaching such a broad cross-section of people. I see really bright things in the future for LifeFM and would love to be part of it.

Susanna works in mental health. She believes the Christian community has a lot to offer people struggling with mental health: positive input, including music and words, is vital to inner well being.
Life FM, she believes, helps to foster a sense of community and helps people to be connected in our individualistic society.
